What is the max TC in India for 6 years of experience software engineer?

That’s true. We have rejected many candidates because of too many hops unless there is very strong reason for switch.
If you consider service based companies then you are already in top pay bracket.

Still too less TC . Staying in same company won't help. Now only thing left is to crack high paying company.
Leetcode for the next few months and you might end up doubling or trippling that number.
It is less bro. 40-50 is average for 6 years experienced in product companies. Many people earn more than that also.
