Guys, talked to the recruiter. Looks like he miscommunicated the stock part. Now, this is the package: Base : 145K Stock : 75K/3 years Sign on bonus : 35K I am trying to improve by base. Or atleast increase the bonus to 40K. Lets see. Thanks everyone.
