Harman - Product Based (Automotive/ Hardware Domain) Role : Senior Engineer Base: 18 LPA Bonus : 3.83 L CSG - Product Based (Telecom Domain) Role : SDE 2 Base: 17 LPA Bonus: 50k Blackbuck Insights - Service Based Role : Associate Base: 25 LPA Bonus : 0 Siemens - Product Based (Automotive/ Hardware/ Medical Domain) Role : Senior Engineer Base: 16 LPA Bonus: 1 L Please help me in deciding which company should I join. 1. Don't go for service based company, so Blackbuck is out 2. Now out of the remaining, choose Siemens for a better brand than Harman But, I would suggest you to keep preparing and then apply again after a year or two and get a bigger brand on your resume
