Real estate in Newark, Fremont, Union City?
What do you guys think about these parts of east bay? Good place to buy for real estate appreciation? I hear Facebook is leasing some office spaces over there. There’s also the possibility of the new transit hub in Newark.

SF, Peninsula, South Bay are all gentrified. East Bay is ripe for gentrification now.

Honestly, they will be satellite offices. Buy if you want to stay there long term. The biggest player is Tesla, which ain’t moving.
