What is the interview process like for a Sr. Software Engineer role at Reddit? #interview #reddit
From when I interviewed (which was 2 years ago) it’s usually an algorithmic round, and an on-site panel after. Things may have changed now. My interview process was a good experience, but I’ve heard that ever since new management took over and called it “TA,” recruiting operations have been inconsistent followed by lack of proper leadership
Was the algorithmic round standard Leetcode stuff? And if so, what difficulty level?
Don’t join Reddit. They’ll offer you stock valued at ~$60 a share when it’s really worth more like $25 after their valuation cuts. Whatever TC they quote will be way off from reality.
Or interview and interviewee could do their own research like everyone else does before accepting offer. Why would you want to discourage someone from getting a job? Not everyone works at Google.
