what's your whiteboarding challenge?
Went through their full interview loop last year. It was pretty chill. No hard questions. Starts with a portfolio review to members of design team, then you do a bunch of 1:1s and some 1:2s with, from my experience, really nice people. I would focus on choosing the right projects to show the team because your conversations will be based on what you show and your ability to talk through aspects of them. Other than that mine was very casual and standard.
