I just saw Redfin housing report for August in San Jose. I was expecting a drop, but noticed that the prices were appreciated from July by 4%. Seems that the market is picking up again :( Anyone else can share the results in other cities?
These numbers are also yoy. Look at the month to month as it's only the latter part of this year that prices finally plateaud
4% is month to month (from July to August). Yoy is 26%.
