Referral to apply in Salesforce

This information is not correct. Salesforce is constantly hiring for all the levels. Doesn’t matter if it is a referral or external candidate, recruiter will send the resume to the hiring manager and needs approval to move forward.
Salesforce doesn't give you calls at all. With or without referrals. I tried applying through careers. tried reaching out to recruiters on LinkedIn Tried via referrals Even my internal reference to apply internally posted job on my behalf and reached out to HR personally Nothing worked out. Seems like they are looking for experienced people currently. I have 2 yoe.
