It's a pretty decent resume. 1. Move skills to the bottom. Promote your experience and projects 2. Things like soft skills aren't that important. They're assuming you have them. Saying you have communication skills raises the question why do you think we don't know that
I added that soft skills section just to cover some keywords used in the job description to pass ATS check? Should I keep it or should I remove it if the job description mentions good communication skills?
I can't believe ATS looks for those kinds of keywords. I would remove it. You can use that for adding anything else more useful

It says nothing about what u contributed in terms of coding. Always ask yourself basic what when and why questions when u fill in your resume. That way it is clear what u did , for long did you do that and what impact you created. People pay a premium in hiring software engineers. So you got to show that in your resume that you are worth screening and investing time in. Just my 2 cents.
I have added what I contributed in terms of the impact I created. What do you mean by contribution in terms of coding? Can you please elaborate more on that? It will be great if you can you tell which sections specifically to improvise
It’s pretty bad. Cough up some money and get some professional help. It’ll pay itself back. Listing out all the thing that need improvement is too long for blind.
I would recommend adding leetcode count to the top
