Hi All, I’m considering joining one of the above comps, all have similar OTE offers, looking for feedback re experience with the following topics as I decide which option to go with. would love to hear from current/ex employees and end users/customers 1. company culture 2. product quality 3. innovation 4. pay, perks and benefits Thanks!!
NY, DC, or Miami? TC and level?
Genesys has excellent WLB and a very cool laid back company culture. Lots of good innovation, AI, AWS, Azure, DevOps, etc. Unlimited time off and very good benefits. The pay is competitive, but it depends on skillset and experience. Genesys allows remote working. Lots of cool things going on, so you would learn a lot and have a good “tech” experience without a lot of the downsides of working at a tech firm.
Genesys has a good culture overall. Team plays a part as well. there is heaps going on
What unit? But overall it's a great Company, most of the time i enjoy projects and people surrounding me
Thanks for the info everyone I ended up going with Yext. It has the beat candidate experience, they moved fast, and the product seems interesting. They met me where I wanted to be TC wise and I was good with that. Genesys was a close second but the process was slow and had way more follow ups from my end then and every other company I was talking with. They were my number 1 initially but the candidate experience was pretty poor tbh. Seemed like everyone was busy and the job wasn’t fully thought through. Seemed like a good place to work culture wise tho.
Could you post your offer/title? And how are you liking it so far?
Any opening in Genesys for VUI designers / SQAs / Genesys developers?
Shitty pay. No RSUs or options. If you make 150k at Genesys that is considered a lot of money.

For Genesys, which location and product will you be working on? And of course, TC?
