Hi Riot Games people - I have a craft interview coming up for an analyst role at Riot Games. I am a non-gamer and I come from a tech background. Is anyone having any clue about Riot Games “craft interview”? It would be great help if you share your experience and what I should prepare for the interview. 100% ask your recruiter for more details. Our TA team is typically EXCELLENT at giving very clear expectations.
For an analyst position the first craft interview will likely test you on your quant and stat skills.
On the analyst interview path, apart from values and general Riot interviews, expect math, stats (nothing crazy) and casing. Like consulting cases.
I took everything my recruiter said seriously and was actually given an up-level after getting an offer. You can ask lots of questions about signals they look for and leveling signals too. They will answer in detail.
Craft interviews are generally role-specific technical interviews that delve into the practical skills required to be successful in the role. Your best bet would be to ask your recruiter what to expect. They can’t give away the questions but they can at least give you an idea of the types of topics that will be covered.
