Walt Disney Product Manager Levels
What are the levels of product management at Walt Disney ? How high is the VP ? Asking because some companies have inflated titles. TIA
Depends on the location. Overall, VP titles in CA/NY tend to be a bit more inflated than in FL but generally, it is “up there”. Next level down is director (exec / football level) which typically requires ~15 YoE minimum with several years as manager of manager. For PMs, the next level down is a product director/senior mgr-product (non-exec, bonus eligible), then senior product mgr/mgr-product (non-bonus eligible), then product analyst. Naming convention varies by org but that is the general scheme.
