Robinhood L4 comp
I recently interviewed with RH and expecting some numbers soon. What is L4 comp like in RH.

Should be around 450-500k tc. Check levels fyi

Is L4 like FB E5?
L4 is staff in RH and as per levels.fyi RH L4 band start after FB mid E6
L4 base should be between 220k-260k (depending on your interview feedback) and equity have huge range, between 650k-1M If you are in for the money then join otherwise do not come here at all. This is probably the worst place I’ve worked.

What were the interviewing rounds for Robinhood L4?
System design for telephonic round. One system design, one coding, one your current project walk through, one behavioral round with L6 for onsite
