Hello, I have been working as application automation engineer at Workday for more than 7 years and make peanuts š„. Job market is so hot, I would like to start interviewing. I have not used any selenium or programming language in 7 years. I have so many recruiters reaching out to me, I want to start preparing for coding challenges, I am looking for training ( 1-1) who can help me. I have used python and Java script in the past. Please let me know if you know any such training available?

OP, did you only work on WATS? š¤£
Iām confused. How do you do automation without code?
Excellent question! The answer is one of many proprietary (read: talent retention š¤£) tools where āautomation engineersā click buttons and checkboxes and fill in various blanks to automate test cases. This internal tool is appropriately named WATS (as in What is that?). Itās built to work with the internal āprogramming languageā XO. Working in this ālanguageā will get you the same effect of drinking too much Johnnie Walker. š¤£
Lol thatās a real talent retainer š¤£
If you're looking at Google/Meta you will have an also mirrored interview compared to an SDE (LC) with some focus on testing rather than production systems. Don't worry about not knowing selenium :)
