SF Bay Area or Seattle worse for dating?
Like title says. Is the SF Bay Area or Seattle Area worse for casual dating? Me: straight male, late 20s
SF is better. There are attractive women around but they are very very difficult. You’ll be okay if you like overachieving Chinese girls especially. In Seattle it’s a more diverse dating pool but there is a very noticeable lack of attractive people, and especially attractive women. I can’t explain it but it’s very noticeable when coming from elsewhere. In either case you will be disappointed coming from any other major city.
I laugh at the word “especially” here because the men in Seattle are very unattractive (unless you like bad skin, Santa beards and Hawaiian shirts).

Young people in Phoenix are super fit, in my experience.
They’re around, just not that many of them relative to the men.
Actual ambition leaves little time for the kind of over-the-top grooming white boys seem to require, in my experience. I'll shower and brush my hair but there's no way in hell I'm spending a single minute of my life painting my face or shopping when I could be working.
Depends on your pickup skills
I look at it this way. SF and Seattle are the major leagues of dating for guys. If you can hit the curveball here, you can hit it anywhere

LA is not good in my opinion because there’s a good chance that anyone you meet lives 2 hours away from where you live. Source: used to live in LA
