I currently work at a FAANG company. My current annual TC is $275,000 in SF. What is the average salary for a manager role at Walt Disney Media Team in Seattle? Im in the interview process and I'm concerned that the role is below my current role from a pay band perspective.
What team? I’m ex-Disney FP&A and I doubled my salary taking a lateral back in 2020 when I went to government contracting. Disney is historically low-paying relying on pixie dust to make up the difference in TC.
It’s the Disney + team.
disney offers have been pretty good recently. if its disney streaming i would expect it to be higher than 275 for a manager. and disney stock is not pixie dust. pixie dust refers to stock in a pre-ipo company that may never be worth anything or could be diluted before the stock becomes worth anything disney stock is a relatively stable, blue chip stock, and generally growing over the last decade
Which manager level? For m2/manager in tech, about 350k - 400k not including one time cash sign on. 400k+ for m3/senior manager.
Not sure what level yet, its tech but Its not SDE

Not $275k lmao. It's Disney.
Lol thanks
I am in Seattle. In tech - not sde, not a manager but my TC is 275k. I had a strong competing offer to negotiate. I believe you will get more than me
