What does the sign-on bonus look like? Also, is there a stock refresher generally speaking? And lastly, is this for Mgr level or Sr. Mgr level or Dir level?

Sign on bonus probably varies. But safe to expect ~$10k. Stock refreshers are performance based and pretty meager. This is for a lead role which in salesforce’s inflated hierarchy is a sr manager level. But you won’t be a sr manager within the team.
