Supposed to start a job Monday but accepted another offer
Hello, I’ve been working at Salesforce since past year and for this annual year I have received 4% hike and achieved 17.2% bonus. I’ve delivered multiple key features and was also rewarded with 2 spot bonuses till date, but did not receive refreshers. I’m just wondering if anyone in SMTS roles received any refreshers? Please select appropriate options for anything that you’ve received till date as SMTS at Salesforce #salesforce
When I was there several years ago, annual hike was determined by Sr. Director (source, I was one) and approved by VP. I received a total budget equal to a % of total salary for my org (2-3% IIRC) and could distribute it across my org. Refreshers were handled by VP, but IIRC target for SMTS was for something like 10% to receive with a median of $20k or something like that. PMTS was 50%/$120k. I'm pretty sure that was used to calculate the RSU budget available to the VP to distribute. Bonus was set by level and personal/company multiplier with 10% as base target for SMTS, going up by 5% per level beyond that. It's been a while so my memory could be fuzzy and/or things changed.
SMTS 4% hike, 15% bonus, 1 onspot award, 0 refreshers I was told that one wouldn't get refreshers until the last year of the RSU grant schedule.
Do the refreshers avoid cliff?
Could be because your current TC is high. What’s your TC breakdown ?
