Salesforce job

How possible is to get salesforce admin job with no experience in salesforce after completing certification. But having experience in sql, excel , analysis. Looking to change domain after a career gap. Because I see minimum 2 years salesforce experience required in all job description.

Very very hard these days in large companies. Try in super small company, get some experience

Do super small companies even use tools like salesforce? They can just use post it notes to keep track of leads 🫠

I would suggest #1 work for a non-profit or get some gig work on upworks, fiverr, etc. The pay will be low, but it will help you build your confidence and get past the imposter syndrome you will feel at first. #2 take your experience after 6 months to 1 year and use it to apply for admin roles #3 Continue acquiring certs while you are working. For example get advanced admin or sales cloud consultant. Always try to be 1 level above your current work experience, i.e get advanced admin while doing regular admin work, or get developer certs while working as an advanced admin. Jobs will want to be sure you have more than the minimum required before they hire you. #4 There is alot of competition right now, but your salary expectatiins will be lower than most everyone else, so use that to your advantage.
