CRM ServiceNow Oracle
If early in career go with TC. If Senior or higher go with culture.
How is this even a question, obviously NOW
ServiceNow wins in TC and culture. But if your heart isn’t into the mission and vision of ServiceNow choose someone else. We don’t need people who aren’t focused.
Servicenow for sure
Not only will you have more stability at ServiceNow in this economy, it pays more
Which one of them is remote?
Anything but Oracle my dude. Trust me
ServiceNow has timid leaders, who still run their company on private data centers, because they fear moving to the public cloud. Salesforce has bold leaders who migrated the company to public cloud (multi cloud strategy) 5 years ago. Oracle is dead. You make your own decision now.
1) ServiceNow runs private data centers as they need (and get) higher uptime than public cloud does provide. At their scale, it's not a bad strategy. 2) Oracle is on a tear recently and emerging from ashes. Few years without Kurian helped.
Salesforce has leaders who failed at 3:3:3 dream IaaS attempts then panic-rushed into the cloud without a plan. Multi cloud strategy which we call Falcon was a gigantic boondoggle and the abstraction is completely wasted now that we have given up on GCP/Azure. In the end, we have a minor AWS footprint and are pivoting back to on-prem as AWS is too expensive and the customers DGAF about Benioff Hyperforce marketing pump.
