Salesforce SMTS 93 LPA + 5 JB Atlassian P5 88.5LPA+ 5 JB Uber 5a 1.1cr + 10 JB Yoe:12 Amazon: L5 SDE TC : 70LPA It’s been in Amazon for more than 3 years . Transitioned to manager recently. didn’t like the management track so wanting to move back to IC. Work life balance is paramount for me MARRIED AND HAVE KIDS therefore kinda scared of Joining Uber. I think Salesforce will be best for me at this point. What do you guys think? #salesforce #uber #atlassian

In my 12 years of experience not once I have been promoted… I think it’s too much effort it’s better just to switch when you are ready for higher level

Salesforce SMTS offer is off the roof!!! Wondering why you didn't get LMTS. Congratulations OP for all the offers.
In de-brief they down levelled me to SMTS, but LMTS offers I have seen is only 10-15 percent above what I have offer so didn’t mind more money and small job title situation :)
It's weird. You have 12 Yoe and have been a manager, that too at Amazon. Yet downleveld from LMTS. I've seen people without any leading experience get hired as LMTS.
