San Francisco strat up Android eng comp
I'm having talks with my manager to adjust my comp. If you are working for a series c start up, how is your comp like? It'd be helpful to know your company/role/ base and tc I've been with my current company for little more than a yr now. Just got a raise in jan, but only on base. Now sitting at 128 + initial 5k stock options vesting over 4. Which is only .006% of the company.

At a startup? That looks comparable to a typical salary at a venture funded startup.
