ServiceNow or Oracle Netsuite
I have offer from serviceNow and Netsuite. Both from Hyderabad India location. Which Company should I join. ServiceNow- Base: 17.5 LPA RSU: 18.5 Lack Netsuite- Base: 18 LPA RSU: 20 Lack #software

Never join Oracle, unless it's OCI or you are desperate. It's a dinosaur (OCI too, but at least they pay well).
Question- I joined OCI as new grad. Any hope of moving to FAANG in a year? Or is the oracle name that bad I would not have joined if I knew this, only got blind recently
Nah, plenty of people move to FAANG from Oracle. As long as you don't let your skills stagnate, it's fine.
You'd get bogged down by politics and horrible managers in Oracle, join ServiceNow, have heard that the work environment is pretty awesome there.

I don't know anything about Service Now for employees. But I do know that NetSuite works independently from Oracle and has a different (and from the sound of it) much better culture and lots of opportunities. I would recommend you think about which manager and management style you prefer because that will make or break a role for you.
