I’m a woman and I hired a personal trainer. He was a heterosexual guy, and I was NOT attracted to him at all. Nothing happened, he was strictly professional, and at no point in our 24 sessions did he make a move. Personal trainers are not all attractive, even though he was fit I was not attracted to him at all. Don’t be insecure and prevent her from achieving her fitness goals. Hiring a personal trainer was one of the best health investments I’ve made in my life.
