Should I resign?

I’m so sick of my current job. I like working! I enjoy coding and thinking so much but I cannot handle the BS and politics at work. A lot of bs going on starting from a manager who does’t help you grow in fact try to prevent you from getting involve in any projects. I’m doing a lot of interviews right now to move on but I feel I reached to a point that I cannot handle the pressure nor the fake smiles on every stand up. I have a H1B and I know I will only have 60 days of grace period which is the only reason for me to not leave my current job until I find a new one. With the up coming interviews I will need a lot off time off to travel for those interviews which will be hard while on a job because you ha w to give an excuse for your PTOs < one reason to hate the job too.
