Why I Find Free Palestine Inspiring
While Microsoft is involved in many purchase talks and rumours, I’ve always felt Twitter is a great buy at just $30B. I feel there could be lots of scenarios to explore, if it happens. Twitter is now the biggest channel for breaking news and information, in this digital world. Owning such a platform makes sense, of course we need to be able to monetize and evolve the revenue streams. Has Microsoft ever considered this buy? Thoughts on if it would be a good idea? #Microsoft #Twitter #MSFT #TWTR

Makes no sense. Doesn't market value drive the market cap? People literally place a value to price of a single stock in their buy order. This value aggregates up to market cap.
That’s the price that an individual share is worth to the public, not exactly what all shares are worth to Microsoft. If Microsoft tried to buy every share the price would quickly increase as shares became more scarce, and the market cap would increase with it. *I think* I’m kinda just pulling shit out of my ass...
