It depends on what the team has budget for and what you can convince them of. LMTS and PMTS is more about the contribution you can bring but i think our org of like 100 devs has like 3 PMTS.
Level is not based on YOE so much as value you can provide. Still 11 YOE is kinda low for PMTS. Do you have specific, unique, proven experience for the role?
Ohhh i see, it's just an IC role, though they said they have openings for pmts and LMTS, HR was like we can offer you LMTS
