Been seeing several SRE roles come up for splunk via linkedin. Anyone there or who previously worked there have any input on how it is and the overall culuture when it related to sre, operations, and development? Im seeking an sre role with more emphasis on writing code to overall address operations specifically via python or go. Thanks in adavnce for any input #splunk #sre #sitereliabilityengineering

The end of Backdoor Roth?!
It's not the worst, but it's not as good as it used to be either. There is a culture and it's decent. You will have the opportunity to write code and odds are good that you'll have the opportunity to write Python code. Pay isn't as spectacular as it used to be, but I'd say it's still in the upper part of the range for the role.
