How are the E6 equivalent offers for Snowflake? I did check levels.fyi and the numbers specifically the new/recent ones seem inflated. Wanted to get a feel in what range the offers are usually? #snowflake

IC4 joined last year are making > 900k now due to stock appreciation

580k-750k is the range. It all depends on where you fall in that range (based on interview performance)

Anybody know L5 pay range @ snow? Planning interviewing there soon.
IC4 can pay up to 725K in max band. They can break band if you interview for IC5 and down leveled, but you must be long tenured E6. If you are newly promoted E6,(<1 year) they might even down level you to IC3.
Thank you - had a data point for 750k last year. Does the max changes annually? Is there any rule of thumb for getting interviewed at IC5?
Ask your hiring manager, usually E6 > 3 years, snow has a rule on no promo hire. It is very hard for E6 to get IC5 unless your domain expert and your hiring manager willing to fight an exception for you, usually to SVP so don't expect that.
