Source to find accurate google salaries
Hello All, Where do you go to find google salaries ? - Glassdoor, Paysa or somewhere else? Also, on Glasdoor, when the salary says - $92,812 - $180,467. Is this the base salary and other bonus's, stock grants are extra? OR This is the Total Compensation including stock grants , bonus etc?

Glassdoor is crazy inaccurate, it has like no data for stock, perf bonus, signing bonus, refresher, etc. Paysa is closer but tends to overestimate a teeny bit.
