I have an interview lined up with @SpaceX for an Analyst role. Very similar to my current role.. any good to knows or advice for those of you who’s interviewed at SpaceX? TC: 170k YOE: 5
What makes you "top talent"? An extremely talented analyst can expect to make roughly $120TC
Yeah that’s pretty low. I make more at my current employer and I’m allowed to be 100% remote. Hard to beat WFH..
Do you have a STEM degree? What kind of analysis do you do? If you're doing BI and data analysis making that much I might ask for a referral.
There are financial analyst at our company making ~$120k base. Add in RSU + stock appreciation and they’re above $200k. Don’t listen to some of these folks.

they told you the TC yet? I'd expect lower
They gave me a broad range with the latter being the top of the scale. Is SpaceX not competitive with attaining top talent ? Do they usually low ball ?
We do not pay less than ViaSat, lol. I don't know about a generic "analyst" role but entry level software engineers at SpaceX are making $175k, seniors over $300k. Check levels.fyi.
