Square/Block salary bands?

Spoke to a square recruiter about a L4/L5 opening, he said the TC looks like: L4: 136k base + 120k/4 RSU = 165 TC L5: 160k base + 250k/4 RSU = 222.5 TC Looks significantly lower than what's on levels.fyi, TC looks to be almost an entire level lower, more like L3/L4, emailed him back to confirm and he said it was accurate...what gives?
