How much salary a Sr Manager can expect in Deloitt and PwC in consulting?
Is this total comp?
Yea...my gf is a Sr Manager at Accenture and makes about 200k (including stock and bonuses etc
How long has she been a Sr Manager? Accenture does all sorts of stock purchase matching and cumulative refreshers and stuff like that that get the number up quickly once you’ve been in the role for enough years for it to take effect
At Deloitte: Depending on seniority and service line, anywhere from 200k to high 200s as a base. Performance year bonus can upwards of 50% assuming you hit your metrics (primarily sales / managed revenue). Can’t speak for PWC, but assume I believe role structures are a bit different as there is a Sr Mgr and Director role that have overlap with Sr Mgr role at Deloitte.
Base around 180+ depending on location and which part of consulting you are in. Bonus between 0 and 30%
Deloitte probably pays the least amount among the big 4. I was both in Deloitte and Accenture. Deloitte senior manager salary was Accenture manager salary but this year both places raised salary. Not sure about PWC. But should be between 160-190 plus bonus as senior manager. Senior manager salary range is quite big so it may even go like above 200k but those are the one who has been as SM long time
Depends what sort of “consulting.” Big difference between IT “consulting” (It audit) and say a bc a management consulting group
$200-250k
