Staff software Engineer interview -Okta
Guyz need preparation advise on interview with Okta for staff software engineer. Rusty as this will be first interview after 6 years.
Don’t interview at Okta while rusty unless you just want to use it as practice. Offers at the staff level can be == Sr. FAANG even though the bar is a lot lower. We ask LC and design as doll$h mentioned. Also TC or GTFO

I recently interviewed and received an offer at Staff level for Okta. There was a small amount of leet code easy/med type stuff and an object-oriented design exercise. There wasn't any systems design stuff in the way that Facebook would do it, but we did have a general conversation about different scalability techniques. The behavioral stuff was very straightforward - no weird culty stuff like Amazon's leadership principles.
So what was the offer?
