'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
I have read so many posts on blind and glassdoor about how the candidates got ghosted by recruiters or had terrible interview experience. So I have this idea to create an app that rates recruiters. If their reputation is on line, may be they will be better at communicating with candidates and respecting their time. What do you guys think?
Won’t be used because there is no ability for a candidate to select their recruiter. If someone is reaching out about a job you want, then you are going to talk to them. Now find a way to get people to rate managers for speed to promote, work life balance, etc. that would be interesting
Thanks for the suggestion, it’s definitely something to think about.
This is why most people are not destined to run a business
Recruiters are expensive at a dime a dozen They come and go as fast as my socks wear out. The lists of names will go stale very quickly as they wash out and settle into their forever careers as Realtors.
You don't join a company for the recruiter.
Recruiters are in extinction, wait a couple of years to see disappear from this planet
