Stitch Fix - Associate Manager Salary
Hello! I’m wondering if anyone can provide insight into the offer I received from Stitch Fix for an Associate Manager role for Warehouse Systems and Product Strategy in the bay area. Base salary - 120K annually Total compensation - 132K annually Does Stitch Fix provide signing bonuses? Thanks!

No sign on bonuses but it doesn't hurt to ask. SF has this pay equity structure that they like to play by and won't budge during negotiations. For reference associate buyers make $111K + 60K in equity

No sign on bonus.
I requested, but I was told they don’t provide any bonuses (signing or yearly). Who knows though, it could be dependent on level (VP above).
