Horrible experience no option to cancel the ride. Due to driver not able to communicate in english it was hard to let him know the pick up location. Also there was no option to cancel the ride!!!
OP - I hear you. It can be really frustrating. Lyft should've done a better job checking basics. They should think of the customer instead of the other way around.

I used 100s of times, and use it everyday for office commutes. People care about reaching destinations, don’t care about all this. Pro tip: don’t think all this nonsense. Just focus on what you want, and chase it.
