Anyone have any idea of how the interview process works at Stripe and what the pay is like? I recently went through 2 full interview loops: 1 for Program Management and 1 for Product Management. At the end of each loop, I met with the "Head of X" person and had a discussion. The recruiters have setup time with me to go over the decisions next week and the following week. - Does anyone know if this is the last thing I need to do or if this is going to be the gentle letdown talk? - What does pay look like at Stripe relative to T1 Tech Companies? - Is it worth joining this company? Prod Management would be L2/3 depending on interview. PgM would be L3/4 depending.
@pwcv68 : can you please share the interview experience and the comp structure. I have my virtual on-site for program manager at the end of this week Thanks
EY/PWC did you end up getting offers? If so, how did the comp. work out?

No idea about your chances Stripe pay is top tier but upside is somewhat limited due to RSU policy. Still probably better than ~any company I can think of on expectation. It’s worth joining depending on your other offers.
