Hi, has anyone switched from hardware engineering to something else that pays good and have better WLB? Wonder what options are there.
It largely depends on what level of HW engineering you are working at and how comfortable you are with IT in general. People can often move over to systems engineering, systems integration engineering, or even high level IT support if their skill set is broad enough.
