I presume the move is appealing? If your making a move that makes you happy and getting out of La is a goal it seems to check those boxes.

Why? Can you please provide details?

T-Mobile QtSX56 Oct 20, 2022

Actually that’s better than LA

T-Mobile neQG05 Oct 24, 2022

The $3k is actually split up over two years so you’re only getting half of it vested after year 1. See if they can up your level to get you up to greater bonus OR, as for a relocation + sign on bonus (I got mine up to $20k total)

100k for an L09 is top of band. You likely won’t have much room to grow unless you are close to promotion... and it can take many years to get promoted at T-Mobile. Push for L08 with higher stock (10k per year vs 3k), bonus (15% vs 10%) and much higher base potential

Ask what level you are going in, as that will limit your raises over time. Also, I brought my 10K to 20k with aggressive conversations.

T-Mobile thailander Nov 9, 2022

No way you brought your 10k to 20k. Stock is fixed based on level unless something changed recently

T-Mobile neQG05 Nov 9, 2022

10K—>20K is the sign on adjustment. Stock is fixed yes Thailander :)
