T-Mobile Sr. PM-T offer evalution

Hello folks, I received an offer from T-mobile Bellevue location for Sr. Product Manager-Tech. I would like the experts to chime in the offer. I checked levels.fyi and this seem like a reasonable offer. however, I didn't want to leave any money on the table and want to know if there is room for negotiation here TC: 220k Base: 171k Bonus: 34k (annual) Stock: 15k vest over 3 years YOE:15 ( PM 5 years)
