So I am curious to all IC in TFB that are front facing business reps that fall under SMB, ENT, GOV that live too far from the office. I have been there for over 3 years, and this has been a wild last 6 months. Prior the pandemic/mandate it was understood you had to drive into the office based upon your distance to be compliant. Then the pandemic hit and that didn't matter. Then people crushed it and then a RTO came which was no surprise then came a pushed mandate that was only geared to TFB and not company wide...Then I am being told there are WFH accommodations being facilitated based on office distance being too far but my question is do I have to still get incolulated to stay in compliance? What are you hearing/being advised by HR or your report to. Tired of the run around. Thank you #remotework

Yes, to be allowed to enter a facility you have to be fully inoculated +2 weeks and acquire your magenta pass (so your badge will work to enter). The RTO is being pushed on MANY orgs, but not all. I have an employee that is 90 miles from an office with no one in it, was hired remote, but is now forced to drive in 3 days a week. He goes in to swipe a badge and sit by himself. Logic is flawed by they took a one size fits all to avoid having exception conversations.
