When would be getting refreshers at Broadcom #320k
Does anyone know what the refreshers range looks like per level?
My speculation is 200K (for 4y) for ICB6

Broadcom ICB6, Base:208k, stocks: 400k/4yrs, bonus:30%

No I am thinking they may give 100k as the refresher. 400k is what they have given will joined..
ICB6 is what grade level compared to Intel or AMD

Umm icb5 and got 170k to 180k per 4y for three years. But not sure this year .. maybe lower than last year
nice. what perf factor did you get for annual bonus.. i hear 1.4 to 1.5 is normal ? just wanted to know 170k refresher for ic5 is for top performer or average.

That’s what it seems like. From what I’ve seen on here it’s a 4 year vesting period
