Tech writing at Facebook?
Saw a post for a Documentation Engineer - Technical Writer job post from Facebook on LinkedIn. I’m curious especially after reading a salary range on Paysa for this sort of FB position that blows away what I’m now making. Is a base salary of $140k plus bonus and equity totaling over $200k a year what is being offered in Seattle? If that’s seriously possible, I’d apply. Also, does FB comb your account and posts if you apply?
It depends on the level, that is easily possible if you have the experience and talent.

TC in 180 to 220K range. TW is a hard skill, not many TWs compared to PMs or SWE. And everything needs documentation.
Should be minimum 230k base plus bonus and equity.
Paysa is never accurate. It always over estimates the pay range. I don't think documentation engineer would be offered such pay.
