Tesla TPM Salary
Anyone know what the total compensation is for TPM (New Product Introduction) at Tesla? I completed all 4 rounds of interviews and have a call with the recruiter next week to discuss compensation. Please break down TC by base, stock, bonus, etc.. YoE: 6 years
TPM for new product introduction group, managing new products and vehicles from concept to launch. Location is Giga Texas.

130k-160k base, 175k rsu
I guess 175 rsu is for 4 years. This range seems senior engineer compensation. Is that correct? I'm also curious how likely they would offer staff level for a senior engineer opening given the experience is more than senior engineer.
6 yoe is definitely not staff which typically requires 10 yoe unless internally promoted
