Amzn is plus 50%. I guess we all are also done then
Yes we’re all know this is coming. I heard they’re reducing for 2025 too and increasing salary again
they only gave stock to hourly
Finally a tesla employee. How does stock works for salaried employees?
I got about 100k RSU 😊
For salaried employees, you get a “new hire” grant that vests over 4 years, and you can choose RSU or options. 2 years ago the Tesla “bonus” was milestone based, and it has still not been reached. Last year it was 17% of my salary, but vests over four years. Nothing this year. Also, my “new hire” grant from 2 years ago is still down 26% from my offer letter because I joined the company at a near all-time high. Unlucky timing.
17% bonus you are referring is given as stocks or cash. Why is it so low.
Choice between RSU, Options, or cash. All w/ 4-yr vest.
Only if you finished four years vesting
The owner borrowed a ton of money against his stock to prop up Twitter. Doesn't want to dilute it even further right now.
I hope this isn’t another trend that spreads across the industry.
I am afraid it will be.
:(
Stock is up >130% this year what possible reason could they give for this
Stock went up a lot, so no refresher needed :)
