Hmm pretty much everyone charges for hot meals and $10 is typical now. As for coffee, don’t you have a breakroom for drip coffee for free? If not bring your own nespresso machine or Keurig.

This sounds similar to what Intuit does ( not sure if they still do ). They subsidize lunch for like 5$
