I started a new job search in April 2021 and joined Blind in 2021 August. Never known/heard about blind before. I was shocked to see the T.C.'s and realized I was a frog in the well. Got help from so many Blinders and I was able to make a Switch last year as a Solution Architect in my new company. I know this T.C. is not huge but, I live in Texas and it is more than many people in my circle. On top of that, my old T.C. was just 90K. Thank you to my fellow Blinders for the help and guidance.
