How will Nvidia stock do after Earnings?
Seems like everyone wants to discuss the Netflix decline. People are wondering if this is a temporary or permanent decline. I work in the streaming services at Verizon and from a user perspective, Netflix tech seems good, stable and reliable. However, I’ve always wondered how Netflix would fare if they introduced live tv or even DVR(albeit older way of doing things). I don’t want to get too much into that. Today the focus is on what Netflix is facing. This is because they are on a permanent decline unless they solve this problem. If someone knows some higher ups at Netflix, ask them to DM me for the solution. I would have laid it all here but other companies including where I work will see and potentially copy it. I know I sound like a used car salesman but this solution could also be a startup idea and that’s where I’m leaning towards if I can’t get it past the Verizon or Netflix higher ups. Content, content, content. For now, that’s all I can share.
They should acquire Fubo. Netflix can charge 3x with live TV integration.
indeed they need live tv in their content to keep users intact and serious algorithm change to show newer contents to existing customers. When I visit friends or family and watch their netflix content I get baffled by the shows they seeing compare to what get shown on mine.. lesson learned for ML sometimes user wants un relevant content for the sake of it
It’s just about saturation and hence it should not be seen as a growth stock anymore with a massive multiplier
ok buddy
But isn't content really hard (idea, execution wise) plus bloody expensive to make ??? Otherwise every Tom, 🍆 and Harry would be churning out awesome content and tons of it ?
imho, there are too many choices. The market is saturated. It’s popular to drop services for some time while you binge shows on another service. They need to have an ever growing pipeline of content that keeps subscribers from dropping.
