Do people get new hire swag when they join or welcome kits? My recruiter makes it seem like it's a no and just during anniversary. Or is there a way to get any swag (San Jose Office)

Yes new hires get swag. And on anniversaries and for holidays. Can be dependent on team, HR unit, etc.
